HBF Showroom

The HBF / Clestra Showroom presents a lighting design of contrast and hierarchy. The lighting concept is void of uniform lighting depending on dedicated display spotlights as the main light source. The spotlights are track-mounted offering the user versatility to adjust the lighting according to the seasonal redesign of its display. The ceiling troughs that conceal the spotlights present a strong linear language in the relatively clean ceiling. The bespoke curved trough allows for the spotlights to move freely and equally throughout the full length of the trough, a technical solution discovered through onsite experimentation. The boundaries of the space are defined with a play of highlight and shadow provoking the user’s attention to the textiles on display.
